• Please fill in the documents and submit your CV and ID photocopy to the Office of the Internship and Co-op Directorate (Mahmutbey Campus, Block A, Ground Floor, Room No. 5).
• Application Form must be signed in original by the advisor.
• The Co-op Assessment File should be submitted to your advisor after completion.
