Vision
To train individuals who have been trained with a medical education that applies innovative education methods as well as traditional methods, have research competence, and provide human-centered health services at national and international level.
To provide a national and internationally accredited health service that prioritizes the health problems of our country and region.
Educational Goals:
Able to do preventive medicine for individuals and the environment in primary care,
Able to recognize and treat common diseases and causes of death in the community,
Being respectful to professional ethics, loves his/her profession, wants to learn throughout his/her professional life and knows the methods of accessing information, has the values and responsibility required by medical practices,
Able to establish appropriate and effective relationships with patients, their relatives and people around them,
Having the knowledge and skills to manage and direct a team by giving importance to teamwork,
Having good knowledge of foreign language (English)
Able to plan and conduct scientific research and know scientific truths,
To train physicians who have the up-to-date and scientific knowledge and skills necessary for academic work.

Research Goals:
To develop and maintain the understanding of producing knowledge and projects in the fields of research and development,
To create a multidisciplinary working infrastructure by blending interdisciplinary knowledge, experience and originality and to encourage interdisciplinary studies,
To create opportunities to encourage the making and publication of internationally accepted research by mediating projects, research and education studies,
To strengthen research methods and statistical infrastructure,
Establishing an institutional unit to coordinate clinical research,
To follow the compliance with scientific and ethical principles at every stage,
To increase the opportunities for the medical faculty to benefit from the university central laboratory,
To develop regulations that encourage scientific publications,

Vision

Mission
1- To have graduates with international medical education competencies:
* Having emerging knowledge in biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, social and behavioral sciences, able to contribute to the development of the national health service and use them in preventive and curative health services,
* Being sensitive to public health issues, committed to ethical values,
* Being trained physicians who can do research that will contribute to the solution of the country's health problems and the universal development of medical science.
2- To encourage academic and administrative staff to participate in trainings regularly by giving importance to in-service training and to regularly measure the reflection of achievements on medical school education and patient services.
3- To encourage teamwork between academic staff and students by organizing joint programs with dentistry, pharmacy faculties, health vocational schools located on the same campus, by giving importance to the fact that health service is a teamwork.
4- To investigate the causes of health problems in our region, the effects of migration and all kinds of discrimination on health problems in cooperation with local governments, and to develop suggestions for the solution of problems.
5- To conduct joint research with academics in the countries of the region about the common diseases of our international patients.

To train qualified physicians equipped with a knowledge set at international standards, sensitive to public health issues, committed to ethical values, capable of diagnosing different cases correctly and administering correct treatments; to provide the public with quality and internationally recognized medical services; to carry out research in order to help solve national healthcare issues and universally medical knowledge.
