Caminhos do Cinema Português Film Festival

Altınbaş University Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema faculty member Dr. Janet Barış served as an international jury member at Caminhos do Cinema Português Film Festival.

Organized for 29 years and of great importance for Portuguese cinema, the festival took place in Coimbra, Portugal between November 9-19 this year.

Until this year, the festival featured only Portuguese film selections, but this year was a first for the festival and an international jury was invited. Dr. Janet Barış, Faculty Member of Altınbaş University Department of Radio, Television and Cinema, took part in the international jury formed in partnership with FIPRESCI (International Federation of Film Critics). Barış represented Turkey in Portugal as a jury member. As Altınbaş University, we congratulate our faculty member.
