Family Business Management and Research Center (AYDAM)
Objective:
"Family businesses", which have a very important place in the Turkish economy as in the whole world, need consultants to create a sustainable, innovative and corporate structure. These companies, which constitute 95% of companies and 99% of SMEs in Turkey, have different dynamics in terms of their characteristics. This 60-hour certificate program, consisting of 54 hours of lectures and 6 hours of practical mentoring, aims to train consultants who can respond to the needs of family businesses and contribute to their sustainability.
