Message from the Dean
Dear Students
Welcome to İstanbul Altınbaş University Faculty of Communication.
Our faculty is a very young faculty with 4 departments: Visual Communication Design (English), Digital Game Design (English), Public Relations and Advertising (Turkish), Radio-Television and Cinema (Turkish).
Our faculty aims to train professional communicators who can read, analyze and interpret the agenda well by following the constantly developing scientific and technological conditions and changing needs in the communication age we live in.
It is among our most important priorities that our graduates are individuals who will have a say in their fields, guide the world of communication, contribute at national and international levels while carrying our country into the future, realize original ideas, and respect nature and humanity.
Our programs, which are shaped with a contemporary, student-oriented education and an interdisciplinary approach, offer a versatile and effective curriculum with courses that can be selected from different departments and faculties, as well as compulsory field courses. Double major and minor opportunities are also provided between the departments in our faculty.
As the Faculty of Communication, we are looking forward to welcoming our new students to the 2024-2025 academic year with our modern and technological education facilities at universal standards and our dynamic staff at Altınbaş University Social Sciences Gayrettepe Campus.
