Awareness Activities from the First Aid Center
Altınbaş University First Aid Center organized 2 important events within the scope of Traffic and First Aid Week.
Every year, the first week of May is celebrated as Traffic and First Aid Week in Türkiye. Altınbaş University First Aid Center also raised awareness for these two weeks with 2 events.
In the first event, Altınbaş University students and 7th grade students at Şişli Selahattin Eyyubi Secondary School were given First Aid Awareness Training.
The other event took place on May 3rd at Bakırköy Square. Students conducted a street interview with the theme of Traffic and First Aid Week.
First and emergency aid students asked the following questions to the public:
What is the number of Hızır emergency?
If you see someone in shock, what position do you give?
You witnessed a traffic accident, in which situations do you remove the injured person from the vehicle?
Which first aid treatment would you give to someone having an epileptic seizure?
Awareness was tried to be raised in the society through the answers given to the questions.
