Joint Conference with Shanghai University
Altınbaş University delegation met with the delegation of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, one of our partner universities abroad. During the meeting, strategic cooperation between the two universities was discussed.
On behalf of Altınbaş University, Rector Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, Dean of the Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kâmil Yıldırım, Vice Dean Dr. Nazım Sinan Odabaşı and representatives of the External Relations Office attended the meeting, while the delegation of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law consisted of Vice President Hu Jiling, Deputy Dean of School of Government Management Chuang Xiaoyan and Deputy Dean of School of Law Yang Xiangdong.
Four main topics were discussed at the meeting held at Altınbaş University Mahmutbey Technology Campus. First, discussions were held about the exchange of students and academic staff. Then, discussions were held on the organization of summer and winter schools. Finally, joint conferences, which are planned to be held regularly every year, were emphasized.
In order to strengthen the cooperation between the two universities, the details of the annual joint conference planned to be held in China in the 2024-2025 academic year were also determined at the meeting.
The conference will be held in the fields of law, psychology, economics and international relations.
