The event started with Dr. İncilay Yıldız's speech, Defacto Operations Decision Support Manager Onur Gürsoy discussed "merchandising" in his presentation. Speaking about Defacto's transformations in merchandising, Onur Gürsoy said, "Customer Focus Transformation is our first principle. That's why we implemented the Customer Obsession Team."

Defacto E-Commerce Business Development Manager Eser Yetim talked about "online" shopping; "Actually, the only thing online does is to understand what the customer is doing. 100 people entered the site. How many of these 100 people never stayed on the site, did these people come by mistake, how many people clicked on the product, how many people put it in the cart, how many of them bought it, how many of them logged in again... In online shopping, we look at all of these. There are lessons to be learned from these. We need to take action accordingly and improve ourselves."

The event, which progressed interactively with the students, ended with the presentation of sapling certificates to the guests by Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Uçan, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
