21 Projects Supported by TÜBİTAK
TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2021/2 scientific evaluation results have been announced. Altınbaş University students and faculty members' 21 different projects were found worthy of support from TÜBITAK.

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) announced the results of the 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2021/2, conducted by the Directorate of Science Fellowships and Grant Programs (BİDEB). According to the results, 21 separate projects of Altınbaş University students and faculty members were included in the scope of the "2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program."
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Kaygusuz, the Research Dean of Altınbaş University, stated that Altınbaş University has been consistently conducting research activities in the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program for years. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kaygusuz emphasized, "Out of the 35 projects our university applied for, it is significant that 21 of them were deemed worthy of support by TÜBİTAK."
Mentioning that they are very pleased with the success achieved in various fields of engineering, natural sciences, health sciences, and social sciences, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kaygusuz congratulated the 35 students who applied to the program and their valuable advisors, regardless of whether their projects were accepted or not.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kaygusuz emphasized that Altınbaş University is a university among foundation universities that attaches importance to research and has ambitious goals in this field. He stated, "As an important indicator of this, we were one of the first universities among foundation universities to establish a Research Dean's Office. We effectively encourage our associate and undergraduate students to conduct research. Our student teams have been achieving success in national and international competitions such as Teknofest, DASK, and similar ones for many years. In addition to that, being among the leading universities in fundamental research programs like this makes us happy for our future."
