Altınbaş University Receives "Service" Award

Altınbaş University has been honored with the 3rd place award in the field of Education Services by the Turkish Exporters Assembly Service Exporters' Association.

Altınbaş University has been awarded the 3rd place prize for its contributions to the education sector in the service export industry in Türkiye.

The 5th Service Exporters' Association Award Ceremony took place with the participation of the Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat. At the award ceremony, the award for Altınbaş University was presented to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ali Altınbaş.

In his speech, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat drew attention to the global commercial slowdown, stating, 'Service export is crucial for our country. We are making significant progress in various fields, from health to education, from tourism to software. We have 300,000 international students in our country, and these students are ambassadors of goodwill, trade, friendship, and culture for us.'

Şekib Avdagiç, the President of the Service Exporters' Association Board of Directors, emphasized the service sector as the largest foreign exchange earner for Türkiye. Avdagiç, predicting that our education exports, currently exceeding 1 billion dollars, will surpass 2 billion dollars in a short time, stated, 'Success will multiply in the second century of the Republic.'

Mustafa Gültepe, the President of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), also mentioned their goal to rank in the top 10 in exports in Türkiye's second century.
