About the Radiotherapy Programme

It is a short-cycle programme designed to produce radiologic technologists. The aim of the programme is to produce healthcare professionals who perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including computed tomography scans, X-ray examinations, and magnetic resonance imaging scans under the supervision of a radiologist or a radiation oncologist.

What We Offer

• Students are given clinical internship opportunities where they can combine their theoretical knowledge with professional practice and use this knowledge as a foundation upon which they can build their professional skills; to this respect, students can gain work experience through hands-on training, learn the right ways to effectively communicate with patients during their two-year studies

• We offer our courses at the same campus that is home to Medical School, Dental School and the School of Pharmacy, which provides students with the opportunity to experience theoretical learning in radiotherapy laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

• Learning from professional faculty gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

• We give our graduates the opportunity to start a successful international career provided that they meet the diploma equivalency requirements of oncology centres abroad.

• Students have the opportunity to take part in Erasmus mobility activities for learning and placement.
