FarmaFikir, organized by the Pharmacists' Association of Entrepreneurs since 2016 and supporting innovative projects in the field of pharmacy, was once again filled with promising ideas from young minds this year.

One of the projects that made it to the finals from a total of 72 applications was the digital employment application "Eczane Personelim" (My Pharmacy Personnel), developed by students from Altınbaş University's Faculty of Pharmacy. The project team included students Emircan Aydoğdu, İlayda Hayal Ekşi, and Ş. Esad Durduran, accompanied by Can Tunca, a student from Süleyman Demirel University's Faculty of Pharmacy.

The "Eczane Personelim" application aims to offer an innovative and practical solution to the sector by digitizing staff training and employment processes for pharmacies.

This successful project was awarded third place at the awards ceremony held at Acıbadem University on Friday, May 2nd.
