In this study titled "Vaccination with its Legal and Medical Dimensions in Fifty Questions", care has been taken to explain the issues related to vaccination and vaccination services based on scientific data, information shared by national and international health institutions, and regulations. By examining the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court, the conditions for making a vaccine compulsory in the light of interference with the right to life and health and bodily integrity have been examined. In addition, the principle of custody rights and the best interest of the child has also been tried to be evaluated in the context of the compulsory vaccination debate.
