LEGAL DIMENSION OF THE EARTHQUAKE WITH QUESTIONS

In this study titled "Legal Dimension of the Earthquake with Questions", legal questions and problems arising from the earthquake are discussed from more than one branch of law. Constitutional law, administrative law and criminal law under the title of public law; Under the title of private law, legal problems identified within the framework of civil law and insurance law are included and various evaluations are also made regarding them.

In this context, questions and problems that arise regarding the obligations of the state, the responsibility of the administration, the criminal responsibilities of officials in the construction, inspection and control processes, requests within the scope of private law, and what legal procedures to follow after losses and damages are taken into account.

This study aims to show the reflections of the subject in jurisprudence and to provide explanations and solution suggestions for questions and problems, taking into account the opinions in the doctrine.
