Vision

To train expert gastronomes and restaurant managers capable of developing innovative, scientific, creative and sustainable solutions in the food and beverage sector, introducing Turkish culinary culture and values to the world, and improving their perspectives according to changing living conditions.

Mission

​To specify the experts needed by the food and beverage sector and related scientific disciplines depending on changing living conditions; develop a dynamic programme that supports the applied teaching of Turkish and World cuisines and includes business management courses designed to improve students’ managerial skills; and produce tomorrow's food and beverage professionals and researchers.
