Let’s Cook Together

As part of the 100th Anniversary Activities, Let's Cook Together event, our students came together in the kitchen again this year.

This year, our students said Let's Cook Together and met in the kitchen.

Under the mentorship of academics from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts department, the importance of solidarity and working together was once again understood. Our students also had the opportunity to get to know different cultures.

In the event, leaf wrap and cacık, one of the most popular dishes of Turkish cuisine, and falafel and beet hummus from Lebanese cuisine were cooked.
