A meaningful commemoration of July 15 from Altınbaş University
Altınbaş University organized a special commemoration event within the scope of July 15th Democracy and National Unity Day in order to commemorate our martyrs and to pass this meaningful day to future generations.
Altınbaş University came together again this year with a meaningful event on July 15th Democracy and National Unity Day.
Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal İbiş and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Argun Karacabey, as well as the university administration and academic staff participated in the event.
Within the scope of the program, firstly, Altınbaş University 15 July Martyrs Forest was visited and tree planting was carried out. This meaningful symbol was realized both to keep the memory of our martyrs alive and to contribute to nature. Then, the martyrdom was visited, prayers were recited, and the martyrs were remembered with mercy and gratitude.
As Altınbaş University, we share with the public that we will continue to protect our democracy and the spirit of national unity and keep the cherished memory of our martyrs alive.
