Education cooperation between Altınbaş University and Başakşehir District Directorate of National Education
Altınbaş University and Başakşehir District Directorate of National Education signed a comprehensive cooperation protocol covering the fields of education, arts, culture and science.
A cooperation protocol was signed between Altınbaş University and Başakşehir District Directorate of National Education.
The ceremony, which was attended by Altınbaş University Chairman of the Board of Trustees İmam Altınbaş, was held with the participation of Başakşehir District Director of National Education Ahmet Çoşkun, Altınbaş University Rector Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan and the accompanying delegations. It is aimed that the signed protocol will offer new opportunities to students and the education community in Başakşehir and increase the quality of education.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Trustees İmam Altınbaş stated that he believes that the signed protocol will provide significant benefits to the entire education community, especially students.
Rector Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan stated that Altınbaş University continues its educational activities with various campuses such as Mahmutbey Technology Campus, Bakırköy Health Campus and Gayrettepe Social Sciences Campus. Prof. Dr. Erhan said that Başakşehir is an attractive living center for students and employees and that the cooperation will further strengthen these ties.
Stating that there are 97 public schools, 295 private education institutions and 4 Public Communication Centers in Başakşehir District, where 20 thousand students study, District Director of National Education Ahmet Çoşkun explained the educational infrastructure of the district and the projects they have developed. Çoşkun emphasized the importance of collaborations with important higher education institutions such as Altınbaş University with the aim of ensuring stability in education and providing more opportunities for students.
Emphasizing that Başakşehir District Directorate of National Education is the first district to organize a student symposium, as well as making a difference in education by publishing an academic journal, Ahmet Çoşkun stated that the district continues its efforts to make a difference in education.
